POINT 1 What is carry-up?
Carry-up was established on February 14, 2007 to open up the wonderful power of foreigners living in Japan, and to create new employment at the same time.
  • 1. Support for foreigners who like Japan to demonstrate their own abilities.
  • 2. Creating an opportunity to have your own dream regardless of age, sex or nationality.
  • 3. Securing new human resources in response to the falling birthrate and aging population in Japan.
We will offer you the motivation for you by opening a training course for nursing care staff (former helper second grade training course) at O.C.A (Osaka Caregiver Academy), which is attached to our company.

In addition, we propose to introduce nursing staff of Philippine people and foreigners in Japan who are qualified for first-person training (former home helper second grade) etc for those who need help with nursing staff. The second grade already acquired at our company The number of foreigners living in Japan is about 500 people.
POINT 2 Training / employment
Carry-up has participated in the fund training by the Emergency Human Resources Development Support Project from March 2010 and has led employment seekers to learn the education that leads to practice from the foundation of nursing care and welfare to employment. The employment rate exceeds about 80%. Currently, we are also involved in job seeker training. The number of graduates who have completed so far is about 300 people.
POINT 3 Introduction of work
Carry-up is mainly introducing and dispatching jobs, mainly to O.C.A (Osaka Caregar Academy) qualified acquaintance. Approximately 300 people have been able to support their work to date.
POINT 4 Overseas support
As business support overseas (especially in Southeast Asia), we are cooperating with various projects.
